NATION'S PREMIER CIVIL RIGHTS ORGANIZATION

Founded February 12, 1909, the NAACP is the nation’s foremost, largest, and most widely recognized civil rights organization.

The NAACP Snohomish County presented its annual Freedom Fund Gala on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at the Angel of the Winds Arena. The event was an awards ceremony honoring individuals and organizations who have contributed to our county in a positive way, towards the betterment of all Snohomish County citizens. This year’s theme was “Lifting as We Climb,” as we hope to inspire continued efforts for equality and justice for all in Snohomish County.

The goal was and is to raise funds for the on-going expenses of running the branch to meet the needs of our county residents. From responding to complaints of racism, advocacy, community education and programming, and youth development, your support will help make the difference in our work for the community.
