Every two years the membership elects officers and executive committee members.
President
Dr. Janice Greene is currently The Boeing Commercial Airplanes Economic Development & Business Intelligence Strategy Leader. In this position Dr. Greene manages economic development and strategic alliances with domestic and international agencies for Commercial Airplanes’ Supplier Management. She is also responsible for providing global business intelligence, utilizing procurement systems and external business intelligence providers to support supply chain strategies.
Vice President
Sandra Palmer is an attorney that serves as the 2nd Vice President and Legal Redress Chair for the NAACP Snohomish County Branch. She is currently employed at BECU reviewing and negotiating contracts on BECU’s Third Party Risks and Contract Management Team.
Treasurer
John Agyapong was born in the West African country of Ghana, he immigrated to the United States of America at the age of 16, to further his education. John has a bachelors degree in Finance from Central Washington University, and an MBA from City University of Seattle.
Secretary
Marcia Miller has lived in Snohomish County her whole life. She works as a bookkeeper for small businesses and as a community center instructor offering hands-on math classes. She has a master’s degree in education, and over the years has worked as an elementary school teacher, outdoor preschool teacher, tutor, and homeschool coach.
